looking at adding ONE substance while running with test. (for fat loss)

right now looking at var over t3 and clen because of safety issues. i mean sure, var does affect your liver - but with dosages and durations not overboard var is supposed to be mild. i don't really like compounds which mess with the heart.. i mean palpitations and stuff are kinda worrying..

i'm hoping some guys who have used 2 or 3 of these compounds could state down their effectiveness for fat loss so i could weigh their side effects. for eg, could a mild dose of t3 burn more fat than moderate dosage of var - where the "mild" dose is really mild such that hardly any side effects have been reported (of course everyone is different, just looking at generally)

and all these is of course with a clean diet and cardio.. not looking for a quick fix
