Im currently using a Mike Mentzer H.I.T style of training, so I train every 4-5 days or so..
I train 5 days a week. Right now it looks like this:
Mon: back
Tues: chest
wed: off
thurs: legs
fri: shoulders
sat: arms
sun: off
