    No More Holding Off!! :D

    Ok, i was 245 and i said i wanted to start a anavar cycle.... you people told me i was to fat being at 21 % BF........ so you all convinced me not to start a cycle.... and i told you when i get down to 235 that i will post up pictures and start a cycle..... WELL IM 234 BIOTCH!!!... and i will take pictures later tomm... BUT, i am just so excited and i hope you believe me because if you don't, you will look like an idiot tomm. ...... so now that i have made my mind up... and dieted to optimal weight....... AND I CAN NOT FORGET TO TELL YOU THAT I WATCHED ALL OF THE VIDEOS OF Milos Sarcev "Secret of the Pro's" on Nutrition! ..... lol i had to really focus to understand VAT HE VAS VALKING VABOUT.... but yea


    - So now..... i am 234!!! 5'11...... and ready to rock!....... i decided on BTG anavar but i am still searching for "research labs" cough-KEEP-THAT-IN-MIND-cough-PM-cough.... lol so anyway, lets get to the good stuff..... with my portfolio in hand i was planning on taking 80-100mg's a day?..... most of you say that is the right amount.....

    - but then i get diff. answer's from you all when i ask about PCT!.... some of you say no... and others say yes...... if someone knowledgable could clear that up for me that would be appreciated

    - and i should be consuming about 234 grams of protein a day?.... ( because i will be cutting ) so that 1.5-2 gram rule of thumb really shouldent apply to me?

    - and there are some more questions to be answer'd but i will not bombard you all at once.... im sure you guys will ask me questions so i will keep it fairly simple for now




    p.s. - will my penis shrink if i take roids? ( lol j/k )

    PCT 2 weeks of nolva or clomid. Always do a pct even with things such as anavar.

    actually when youre cutting you still want to keep your protein up..youre cutting cals so you dont want to lose muscle..keep your protein high..

    thank you for the contribute.... but are you by any chance familiar with the daily dosage intake on my part?..... and is 234g enough when on juice.... from what i understood it should be just about right.... and what would you take.... nolva or clomid?

    ok so i guess i will use the 1.5-2.0 rule of thumb...... but more protien = more everything... you know what i mean?.... so ill go to 1.5 max ( think that should do the trick )

    wowww... so i guess the guy that stuck a needle in his ass w/o any knowledge gets more reply's then me? ( granted, when i was 16 i did the same thing.... but now im 19 and have some sort of basis lined up.... and just because i do not talk like a lot of you " polite " persons.... i get shamed on? wtf )


    - and another thing... out of the 66 views i got I KNOW... more then half of you know your sh*t... so i did my part on getting down to the optimal weight, searching... and ALLLL that other stuff.... keep that in mind before you just leave my thread w/o a post!

    What is your cycle history? 80-100 mgs/day would be high for me, but I can't speak for you yet.

    Your protein question was answered: 1.5 g/lb body weight.

    And, yes, run pct. Better safe than sorry.

    So your running anavar only? What are you expecting to do from this cycle?

    Who said that 235 was your optimal weight?

    Also more protein doesnt equal more everything.

    my history is... that when i was 16 i took some cc's of deca... nothing crazy

    234... and im that makes me 18-19% bf... yea because i am not going to take protien shakes..... whole foods .... right?... protien shakes are not as good as the actual food... so i scratched off the shakes... and if i eat more protien that would be more food... which would mean more cal fat carb etc etc

    If you've never taken anything, I wouldn't go to 100mgs/day. Some people like only 10 mgs/day. I started at 50 and was happy.

    What is your current age? (I might have missed in above, sorry)

    What are you expecting to see out of this anavar only cycle? What are you goals?

    lol are you being sarcastic about the good logic lol?......... i am expecting realistic results... i do not know what to expect because i do not know how this is going to work with my body... i dont know what to expect?.... my goal is to......... stick with my diet plan, lift hard.... and do it right!

    theres nothing wrong with protein shakes..just dont get all your protein from shakes..

    oh dang, thats what you ment... sorry i thought you read the post i made a month ago .... yea im trying to lose bf... while atleast preserving the muscle i have now
