I've been following this routine http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow...Linear_5x5.htm and getting good results. Im up to squat 360 lbs bench 255, rowing 205, incline bench 205, and dead 350 and my body weight is going up. I started this program around 210lbs and after 4 weeks im at 216.
Question is when i start to cut again. I'll probably not be able to follow the linear progression in this program because of the decrease cals and whatnot. Would it be best to go back to a more tradition 3/4 day split working muscle once a week? Or keep up with the total body 3 times a week and scale back the progression?
