    Diet to cut fatty abs

I'm pretty lean except for some fat covering my abs
    my diet is as follows
    4 eggs, bowl of oatmeal
    4 plain baked chicken tenderloins
    can of tuna, broccoli/caul***ower
pork chop, turkey sandwich wheat bread
(lift days)PWO shake 40g protein, there is a fair amount of sugar in it
4 plain baked chicken tenderloins, pasta in diced tomatoe sauce
i only drink water, milk occasionally if i eat cereal for breakfast
any snacks are veggies or peanuts
cardio is in the am before eating, an hour on the treadmeal incline 4 speed 3.5

Is this diet gonna allow me to lose the fat covering my abs? and what is a realistic time frame to drop my body fat % low enough to expose my abs? I don't know what my BF% is now but i can see my upper abs slightly when unflexed

not flaming bro but the iet is a mess no matter what your goals may be. That being said, let us know what your stats are...ie bodyweight/bodyfat%,years training, age, cycle expirience(if any hopefuly not) and current activity level. Also check out the cutting sticky in this forum, I can help you just give us a little more, cutting is my specialty.

    Body weight 175
BF% no idea for sure but pretty lean just guessing maybe 15%
    Age 21
    no cycle experience
I lift 3 days, do cardio 5 days a week

i figured something with my diet was off cause i haven't lost any weight, but then i haven't been on this diet/cardio long

I'd drop the pasta on your last meal. make it a pro/fat meal. Your second meal is just chicken? I'd add some carbs to that, maybe your pasta. What are the macro breakdown for each meal (fats, cals, carbs, pro) and the total through out the day? add some more veggies into your day. One serving isn't enough. Hope this helps alittle.

don't know exact values, the chicken tenderloins are equal to a skinless breast, i was eating the pasta mainly PWO for the carbs, and i was eating very few carbs inbetween breakfast and PWO cause i thought u weren't supposed to eat many carbs during that time, what are some good veggies to eat while cutting?

I think broccli and green beans are two great choices. Well, everyone is different, but I need my carbs to get me through my day and still have energy to get atleast an hour of cardio in a day.

i used a calorie intake calculator, said i need around 2100 to lose fat, plugged in my diet at fitday and the results are 2259 cal 73g of fat, 138g of carbs, 251g of protein this is minus my pwo shake, and since my first post i've upped my chicken intake to increase the amount of protein, will it be bad to replace the pwo shake with a meal? cause the shake has alot of sugar in it, any thoughts on this new info or words of advice?

not a problem using a meal PWO. if you can swing it, maybe try for at least a scoop of whey just for the rapid absorption. if you don't want to or can't it's no big deal. i know some big boys who eat a meal PWO instead of a shake. if you want a meal go ahead. maybe one of those big boys will speak on this if they see it. ><
