Thursday: Legs (Quads, Hams)
Leg Extensions 3x30
Squats 7x 20,15,10,8,8,5,5
Leg Presses 4x15
Lying Leg Curls 4x15

Saturday: Shoulders/Calves
Lateral Raises 3x10
Machine Shoulder Presses 4x10
Rear Lateral Dumbell Raises 4x15

I do abs everyday and cardio every morning for half an hour before i do anything else (i just started this stuff less than a week ago)
I have been doing this workout for 5 weeks and have gotten noticably bigger and my strength has also increased a good amount too
If you have anything to add to this go ahead..i am interested to what people think about this
