    Sample Workout

    bored on a friday night..dont really drink anymore because im trying to lose weight (SUCKS!) so here it is..

    Monday: Chest/Tri
    Bench 3x8
    Flies 4x12
    Incline 4x15
    Cable Crosses 3x10
    Skull Crushers 3x6
    Push Downs 4x15

    Tuesday: Back/Bi
    Lat Pulldowns 4x15
    Seated Rows 3x12
    Dead Lifts 4x8
    Barbell Curls 3x8
    Hammer Curls 3x12
    Overhead Flex 3x6
    concentration curls 2x30

    Thursday: Legs (Quads, Hams)
    Leg Extensions 3x30
    Squats 7x 20,15,10,8,8,5,5
    Leg Presses 4x15
    Lying Leg Curls 4x15
    Seated Leg Curls 4x15

    Saturday: Shoulders/Calves
    Lateral Raises 3x10
    Machine Shoulder Presses 4x10
    Rear Lateral Dumbell Raises 4x15
    Front Raises 3x15
    Arnold Press 3x10
    Standing Calf Raises 4x10
    Shin Raises 3x15
    Seated Calf Raises 4x15

    I do abs everyday and cardio every morning for half an hour before i do anything else (i just started this stuff less than a week ago)

    I have been doing this workout for 5 weeks and have gotten noticably bigger and my strength has also increased a good amount too

    If you have anything to add to this go ahead..i am interested to what people think about this

    looks pretty good. i like to hit my arms on a separate day for a better workout.

    Maybe add some shrugs in there somewhere for the traps?
