    How's my back? and yours ?

    I know there is already a "how's your back thread" but it's a gajillion years old... and i just wanted to start a new one....
    if you don't wanna participate, it's cool... but whattaya think of mine? nevermind the freckles and bacne...

    Not bad at all. Nice thickness!

    You do close T-bars for the thickness?

    i actually do very little for thickness... mostly barbell rows, but SOMETIMES i'll substitute with dumbell rows, t-bar rows, and v-handle cable rows

    thanks fellas... i agree more definition would be nice.... but i'm working on that. trying to diet down for the summer. My BF is still pretty high.
    i'll try to get a pic of back double tonight... but i hate it cuz of my peaks... or rather the lack thereof... lol

    Your back looks kinda smooth ... Are you using any compounds ( on a cycle?) when that pic was taken ?? ( anything that could have you holding water, in those photos?)


    Also need to work on your lower back development ...

    Just giving my honest opinion ...

    Keep up all the HARD TRAINING ( GREAT WORK ) !!!!

    thanks merc, I feel like i'm retaining water too!, BUT, i'm not on anything at the moment (aside from clen) and i've been drinking nearly 2gal. of water a day for the past month, so i can't imagine how i'm retaining water... but like i said.. my bf is still relatively high, i can't see my abs... but i have a lot of fat concentrated around my belly & around to my back.

    Could try also taking a better pic ( better pose).. The pose you are doing in pic two.. You should put your hands on your hips ( on your sides , and keep your head forward ,you can have your head to the left or right a little , but dont tilt your head down .. The way people pose can make a huge diffrence .. When you hit the perfect pose you can really see everything ..

    Definitely, I notice this as one of the biggest and most common mistakes. People ALWAYS put their head down, makes no sense to me either.

    My back is in my avvy for those who wanna see it lol.

    In the middle of an extreme cut right now. Since January 2007 I've went from 280lbs to 220lbs but I still feel fat and now I feel small. My posing sucks, too. lol
