    Could try also taking a better pic ( better pose).. The pose you are doing in pic two.. You should put your hands on your hips ( on your sides , and keep your head forward ,you can have your head to the left or right a little , but dont tilt your head down .. The way people pose can make a huge diffrence .. When you hit the perfect pose you can really see everything ..

    Definitely, I notice this as one of the biggest and most common mistakes. People ALWAYS put their head down, makes no sense to me either.

    My back is in my avvy for those who wanna see it lol.

    In your pic it looks like you have put on some nice lower back development.. It looks like it has came up quite a bit .. Great job...
