and im sure this has been posted and posted and posted countless of times, but i already went as far back as 3 pages and still havent found a thread about it, so ill make one so that I know the answer and of course ill record for myself so I know never to ask it again. Here goes...
How OFTEN should you train your abs? And how OFTEN are you allowed to train them without damaging them?
I used to do abs everday, then i cutback on doing them every OTHER day.... but now its to a point where im not feeling the abs workout anymore, should i push them even more than what im doing?
maybe start doing them everyday like i did before? or should i treat them like any other muscle and give it time to rest?
basically.... how do you guys do your ab workouts? id love to hear some feedback regarding this issue, i get alot of ppl sayin ED and other saying EOD
