I have been searching for the answers to this question and to be honest I do not have enought time to read through all the post to find the answer. I am in the middle of Tax season and am way to busy. I am about to start IGF-1 and want to know if taking protein shakes with glutamine and dextrose will be enough or do I need something else? I am going to start off with 50mcgs a day PWO Tuesday-Sat with 2 days off and run that for 4 weeks on and then 4 weeks off. Does this sound right? I am not looking to get big mass but lean up and get quality muscle again.
I am in decent shape now but I have some fat in the common places and my muscles do not feel hard or full ever. They used to. I am currently 10 days into a strict diet, and am taking in about 240-280g of protein a day along with Amino fule in each one and 57g+ of Complex Carbs in the morning and post work out by way of Max Muscle Carbo max. Other then that I eat chicken at lunch and at dinner, and am taking MAx anabol, HMG, and Thyroactivator along with CLA in a shake that has some ephedra and caffine in it. I cut out all Breads and simple sugars and limit my fat intake.
I started off at 188-190lbs 2 weeks ago at 5'10 and 19.2% BF

I messed up last week and limited my carbs tooo much and lost muscle I know I did and am wei***ng in at 178lbs and went down to 16.8%. I also laked glutamine as well.
any help would be great and please do not tell me to search, since most of the posts end up going another direction and the info is lost.
