Seems to me that I already am since I dropped over 2% body fat in a week. I just tested it today and I lost another .8%, and I am actually 180 according to the doctor scale with no shoes . I am down to 16%BF. So that means I dropped 3 % in 11 days and 8-10lbs. How is my diet not in order? SHould I of dropped 9% by now? I dont think that is possible. I wanted info on taking the IGF. I have a basic understanding of it, but figured someone would give me a more pin pointed method to avoid any issues. Guess I wont get that here.
