I'm 5'11" 175 39yo trying to bulk w/test E and dbol. According to my calculations I need about 3200 cal/day to maintain, I thought I would start by eating 3700 cal/day. I have acid reflux so I can't eat for 3 hrs. before bed. Here's what I actually ate on day 1, I would appreciate any suggestions. I will add a sixth meal today and see how it goes. Should I up my Calories, Protein?
