    Trying to Bulk - 1st Cycle

    I'm 5'11" 175 39yo trying to bulk w/test E and dbol. According to my calculations I need about 3200 cal/day to maintain, I thought I would start by eating 3700 cal/day. I have acid reflux so I can't eat for 3 hrs. before bed. Here's what I actually ate on day 1, I would appreciate any suggestions. I will add a sixth meal today and see how it goes. Should I up my Calories, Protein?

    1 Cup Eggbeaters 120 24 4 0
    2 pieces toast 220 10 40 0
    1 Cup V8 Fusion 120 1 28 0
    Total 460 35 72 0

    Meal 3
    Turkey Sandwich 390 30 50 2
    Black Bean Soup 240 14 45 1.5
    Bread 140 5 28 1
    Fruit Bowl 100 0 30 0
    Total 870 49 153 4.5

    Italian Wedding Soup 600 16 30 10
    Total 600 16 30 10

    Meal 1: I'd substitue your whey with some egg whites and a whole
    PWO: I can't see your PWO shake with wheys+sugars
    Meal 4: Italian wedding soup??? Add some meat proteins here, like beef or chiken
    Meal 6-7: Add one or two meals in order to redistribute your macros intake overdosed in the first and last meals you planned.

    Is it too late to work on diet for a little longer b4 hopping on cycle?

    BTW your diet needs a little work.

    First off- MOST important meal of the day is your PW nutrition. You need to take you PW nutrition within 15-25 min right after your workout. It should consist of 50-60g protein/50g maltodextrin/50g good sugars(fruit).

    It would be a lot better if you could replace your meal one with some wholes foods instead of the protein shake.

    Any maybe if you could split meal 5 into 2 meals or add some of meal 5 to meal 4. For meal 4 it would be a good idea to throw in a chicken breast as well.

    Since your bulking it would also be nice if you could throw in some lean beef or salmon into your diet.

    If I were you i wouldnt eat any carbs for your last meal and maybe incorporate them somewhere else.
