    On Cycle Workout Routine, Thoughts?

    Hey

I am starting my cycle tomorrow (Test E 750mg per week & Anadrol 100mg per day)...

Here is the routine Im doing, please share your thoughts on it...

    Training: 3 days per week:

    Monday:
Chest - bench press: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
incline press: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
dumbell press: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps

Shoulders - military press: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
lateral raises: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
dumbell press: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps

    Tuesday: Rest

    Wednesday:
Back - chins or pulldowns: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
deadlifts: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
barbell rows: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps

Biceps - barbell curls: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
dumbell curls: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps

    Thursday: Rest

    Friday:
Legs - sqauts: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
leg curls: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
calf raises: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps

Triceps - close grip bench press: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
lying tricep extensions: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
dips: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps

    Saturday: Rest

    Sunday: Rest

My goal is to put on muscle in every area, (specially arms and chest and abs).

    Does this routine sound good?

    Thanks

    Matt

You need more volume for the large body parts (Chest, Back, Legs). I would say something like 15 sets for Chest/Back and around 20 for Legs.

You should switch on lower reps, to build mass, and increase a bit the sets for the main exercises like bench, military, squats and deadlifts.
Maybe adding a 4th day to have a better split wouldn't be a bad idea.

Thanks bud, so for example, I could change it to something like:

6 sets of 6 reps for bench?

Make sense? Do you think this will work better for my training?

5 sets x 6 reps would be enough imo. Then 2 more complemental exercises of three sets each per bodypart.

Great ok, sounds good to me, why does that work better? Lifting heavier weights?
