not to be a smart a$$ but check down a couple of post it is on here like 12 times. diet and cardio love handles are where you store fat
cardio love handles? I didn't know you got them from doing cardio haha.. JK bro I know what you meant to say..
But yea do 45 mins of cardio on an empty stomach or 30 after you workout.. Min that is..
