i do mine after weights
how long do you do cardio for after ...??? what sort of heart rate bpm do you exersise up to to burn fat????...
After IMO cause u want all the energy u have 4weights...I will do a 5-10 warmup sometimes b4 if i think i need it,it helps to get heartrate up....
Cardio after weights for sure. A good 45 minute weight training rountine will tap into your glycogen storage and you will be able to burn mostly fat with your cardio session following the weights.

i do mine after weight as my heartrate is already up
i can stay around 10% with just 20mins pwo twice a week.
