    cardio after weights or before?????

    hi there is it better to do cardio after lifting weights or before ????
    or even on seperate days from lifting ???

    how long do you do cardio for after ...??? what sort of heart rate bpm do you exersise up to to burn fat????...

    After IMO cause u want all the energy u have 4weights...I will do a 5-10 warmup sometimes b4 if i think i need it,it helps to get heartrate up....

    Cardio after weights for sure. A good 45 minute weight training rountine will tap into your glycogen storage and you will be able to burn mostly fat with your cardio session following the weights.

    on non-workout days, 1 hour empty stomach

    i can stay around 10% with just 20mins pwo twice a week.
