    overtrained

    hey guys,

    I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on over training. Im positive i have fallen victim, ive been lifting hard for months about 6 days a week with no significant time off, im planning on taking a week off to recover during this break is there anything i shold be doing, cardio? nothng? any info at all would be helpful thanks guys.

    you should probably just rest, let your body fully recover and then switch up your schedule-less days!
