    clen and t3 combo information

Members, i have found some great info on this site. But still have some unanswered questions. My story in brief: Woke up Dec.1 2007 at 335 lbs and realized that i am pregnant with twins. Joined gym and missed 5 days since. I started with 2 hrs of cardio on empty stomach each day with great diet. About a month ago I began lifting and continued 1 hr of cardio. As of today, I am at 280, which at 6'6" is somewhat of a smaller frame. Never used AAS before. Want to (and have on hand) Clen and t3. Not worried about the clen, but read several places that t3 is not for a beginer. I would like to stack them as my research tells me that it will give the highest fat loss. My bf is just under 30%. What is the definition "of not for beginers?" what are some of the results for clen only or clen and t3 stack users? should the first cycle be a clen only attempt? I do consume the 1.5 ounce per pound water a day as well. And yes, I do sweat profusely every morning. Thanks

wait... you are prego? ... neways...
your bf is just under 30%, that is WAY to high to try AAS because the risks that are incorporated w/ steroids (blood pressure, lipid profiles, etc) are maginified immensely with a high BF... If they are in their right mind, noone should recommend AAS for anybody over a 18% bf IMO, you are doing great with your natty diet and workouts, drop the thought of using AAS for right now...
as u might be asking why i said taht, T3 is extremely catabolic and with out a seroid helper it will be way to bad for your health.... yes it will give you a high fat loss along with more muscle than you really want to lose.. so lay off the t3 for now... and you have lost 65 lbs in 6 months, thats amazing because you are doing it with diet and exercise... keep thatup...
clen can be dangerous if not dosed correctly, because we are basically using it for the sides, not the main purpose which is a bronchodilator... this can also cause heart attacks if taken to much/done incorrectly.
here is a faq of clen
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=269240

so my advice, dont do the T3, keep ur diet good and besure u do clen correctly..

thanks for the info. By pregnant with twins I meant a big ass waist, which is getting smaller but still irritating. I will try the clen alone for now. At what bf% do you think i could try the combo. BTW thanks for your insight to us newbies.

the problem with clen/t3 is that you have a good chance of losing muscle along with your fat, here is some stuff to read to get you a base of knowledge, btw, diet is 80% and if you are 20%bf as you say you then that's the first thing that needs to change

post your diet and macros in the diet section and here
btw, write out your stats for us

thanks, you rock. I am running to the store and getting the exact foods as on the charts. i'm 6'6', 280, 39yrs, 29%BF. Prior serious lifting 5yrs ago for 1yr. from 17-23 regular and committed lifting. Cushy job, marriage, kid and entertaining ruined everything. I realize now this is a lifetime committment. I am not trying to substitute clen and/or t3 for hard work. One of the few that likes cardio. Just want to speed up process.

k, since you seem willing to really put in the time and effort i'll let you in on a little secret, once you do some research, put together a diet and write out all your macros and such, and send it to perfectbeast, he has a thread in the diet section, he's the most knowledgable person as far as diet goes that i know, if you take the time to put together a diet then he'll critique it for you and send it back

    here's his thread

I really think the effect of T3 and catabolism is highly overrated. I've had multiple friends who have run 100mcg each of T3 and Clen for 12 weeks and they lost a lot of weight, and not much muscle at all.

i agree it depends on the person, but he wouldn't be able to tell if he was losing muscle very well due to high bf, that's why i'm advicing to use clen or albuterol, save the t3 for later, plus t3 can cause rebound so he might put the weight back on that he lost from it

either way, his diet is the first thing that needs to be sorted out

phate186, I agree with everything you said.

But most people would be able to tell if they lost muscle mass. I record my exercises and weights every time I go to the gym (as do some of my friends). If there was any loss in muscle mass, you would see your weights drop, or notice it being much more difficult to lift the weight you are supposed to be doing.

But yes, I wouldn't recommend T3 either for the thread starter. Not only is the rebound an issue, but being someone who used to weigh over 400lbs, I used to think "well if I take X, Y, or Z, I can cheat a little with my diet". I used to put too much hope into the supplements. It wasn't until I stopped with all the supplements, made a strict diet and exercise plan and stuck to it, did I finally drop 180lbs.

I agree with u on that to. But i think 100mcg ed of T3 without aas would deff cause loss in muscle, 50mcg ed is the highest i feel comfortable reccomendingto anybody not using aas
