I really think the effect of T3 and catabolism is highly overrated. I've had multiple friends who have run 100mg each of T3 and Clen for 12 weeks and they lost a lot of weight, and not much muscle at all.
I agree with u on that to. But i think 100mcg ed of T3 without aas would deff cause loss in muscle, 50mcg ed is the highest i feel comfortable reccomendingto anybody not using aas
