Bloodwork back from Doc, need help

So i talk to my doc today, my passed physical with flying colors except for bloodwork, so i'm hoping you guys can help me out with this. There were only two things that were off, and the reason they are off is because about three weeks ago i came off a short cycle of anavar (5 weeks at 60mg/ed). Ran a full pct with clomid and nolva for it. Recovery and gains were great. However, now that i have blood work done, here's what was found:

(1)- Cholesterol was wayy to low. Total count was under 100. HDL need to be raised up. I eat fish everyday, flaxseed, fishoil tabs, and extra virgin olive oil. To help things out i'm going to increase what i just mention, and add almonds, cashews, egg yolks, and organic peanut butter throught the day.

(2)- (the one i'm more worries about) Liver Enzyme levels were off. I know that would have happened. So I bought plenty of milk thistle and i'm going to be taking that daily. Any recommendation how much to take?

I'm going to try and fix these two issues and go in again in three week for a re-test. Think that will be enough time to see a difference? I have to make sure i have both of these taken care of before i start my summer cycle i've been planning. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I would increase your intake of food foods. What I would do is drink a little bit of olive oil each day. Better yet, take whole grain bread, and dip it in olive oil and eat it. Not only does it taste great, but you get plenty of poly and mono unsaturated fats.

My cholesterol was under 100, but my doctor was happy with it. LDL was 17 and HDL was 70. This was before my first cycle. He'd cry if he knew about what I did.

Also, milk thistle does not work. There has been a lot of speculation that it "may" benefit liver function but from every medical publishing I have read, milk thistle did not help short term of long term with liver health.

I disagree with egg whites only. You absolutely need to eat the yolks. Whites alone can cause a biotin deficiency, the yolks will balance this out (synergy). Forget about dietary cholesterol, the majority of total blood cholesterol is what your liver produces. I personally like a functional food powder called Paleocleanse. Probiotics will also help raise HDLs.
