I disagree with egg whites only. You absolutely need to eat the yolks. Whites alone can cause a biotin deficiency, the yolks will balance this out (synergy). Forget about dietary cholesterol, the majority of total blood cholesterol is what your liver produces. I personally like a functional food powder called Paleocleanse.
