    Definition Training

    hi , im new to the site , been recently training, just took creatine, seen some results, gained weight, at the moment im doing more cardio and lighter weights as i have a bit of a fat on the stomach

    im looking for a plan that will show more definition, im currenly i,e

    3 x 15 60% of the weight i can life BP
    " " INCLINE
    "" DECLINE
    "" FLYS

    is there any tips ? how often i can do this? how long rest etc

    do i take a protein shake every day , or just when ive trained?

    my aim is more definition and to lose fat

    thats your only body part your working? thry to use the SEARCH bottom, there are tons of knowledge on this board. look around and you will get plenty of ideas for workout routines.

    no im doing the rest i was just looking for examples, ive tried searching definition training etc couldnt find anything?

    Let nutrition and cardio give you definition, not the weights themselves.
    Heavy weights build big muscles, it's that simple. If you're competition training for "definition", then that's a different case altogether. Competitors atleast have the size before they cut down. However something tells me you don't have even have size, let ALONE train for definition.
