hi , im new to the site , been recently training, just took creatine, seen some results, gained weight, at the moment im doing more cardio and lighter weights as i have a bit of a fat on the stomach
im looking for a plan that will show more definition, im currenly i,e
3 x 15 60% of the weight i can life BP

is there any tips ? how often i can do this? how long rest etc
do i take a protein shake every day , or just when ive trained?
my aim is more definition and to lose fat
