hey guys ill be starting a police acadamy in a month and am lookin 4 a good work out regimen, also some good diet tips emphasis on quick and easy to prepare as i will be living in a hotel.(i already make a kick ass tuna sandwich) im 21 5'6 180 give or take 10 to 12% bf and have been lifting since ive been in highschool, will get all the cardio out of the way at the acadamy and ill be doin a lot of pushups and crunches there that kind of bs so i figured id throw chest in later in the week, any cops out there with some advice, just lookin to keep my size that ive worked so hard to get cuz bein skinny makes my dick soft, and advice welcome id love to hear from u guys.
