hi guys,
sorry if this is in the wrong section or if it has been asked 100's of times, I have tried to search but not found what I'm looking for.
I see a lot of really cool pic's here & want to get in shape like some of you but I still have a bit of a gut, nothing BIG or flabby but it's there, I realize that if I do 100's of situps this will NOT make much of a difference because all the muscle will be behind the flab..... can anyone recommend anything on how I can start getting the tummy toned up ?
