    arimidex = letro?

    Is arimidex the same as letro? Or are they used to accomplish totally different things?

    THEY both a AI's but LETRO is a little stronger at estrogen suppression.

    arimidex is weak, only helps estrogen
    letro is strong, helps estrogen and progesterone
