Yeah it's normal dead lifts. I said bent leg dead lifts so people would not confused them with stiff leg dead lifts for hamstrings.Originally posted by palme

Ooh ok bro. Id go with squats before deads in that case. Seen alot of powerlifters do that routine.
Well, I did it. I super set squats with deadlifts. Starting with a set of squats first then immediately doing deads. It was awesome, felt more like endurance than pure strength. I was growling like a mofo and thought I would pass out after my second set. But I actually went 50 pounds pass my max on deadlifts. I was so pumped. I had half of the people in my gym looking at me like an idiot. Heh But it felt great, and I survived. After that I superset hack squat and leg press. I can't wait till next week to try this again to see what my max weight is.

What do you think about SS front squats and stiff deads?
I do stiff deads for hamstrings and I do front squats periodically. I was told that front squats are more for shaping than building mass.

Yeah man i know, i was thinking of trying to hit the legs like you do with biceps/triceps.
And from my experiance front squats do build mass. It´s the only squat i do.
I do it..its well hard , 20 and15 reps for squats and BLDLs. Do have bigger legs from it htough...much bigger. Watch your deadlift form though..
