Diet: Eat between 5-7 small meals per day...between 150-200 grms protein/day. Try to knock off the carbs after 6pm. Stay away from Junk food...eat simple carbs (brown rice, some sweet potatoes). Lots of chicken,fish,beef,eggs,vegs,fruit. Hell....i'm always eating. putting down about 3-4k of cals a day.
