I had the same thing during my PCT.
I did the Anthony Roberts PCT and it remained water for a few weeks after PCT but then slowly corrected itself. like normal now.

Are you on finasteride at all? That makes semen go watery, it says so in the pamphlet and I have seen it happen to myself. Over time its decreased I think though.
