Heya I've been cutting for about 10 weeks natural lost about 26 pounds.
Now when im down at 15-13 % bf its getting alot harder. I've been chubby as a kid and have problems burning the fat off my lower back (love handles).
I got my diet in check it will be 500-1000 kcal -
Im planning either go with clen on low doses 20/40/60 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off(cus high doses doesnt always makes it more effective or?) the problems i see about clen is that it might not bee good to do HIT cardio while on. Ephedrine is another choice or EC/ECA stack which i would go 30mg then upp to 60-90mg ED. not sure here eighter if its ok to do HIT cardio or just do powerwalks etc. I've been reading to many FAQ threads about it and cant really decide which one to go with. some personal opinions would be great thanks![]()
