    Question Cutting with clen or ephedrine

    Heya I've been cutting for about 10 weeks natural lost about 26 pounds.

    Now when im down at 15-13 % bf its getting alot harder. I've been chubby as a kid and have problems burning the fat off my lower back (love handles).
    I got my diet in check it will be 500-1000 kcal -

    Im planning either go with clen on low doses 20/40/60 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off(cus high doses doesnt always makes it more effective or?) the problems i see about clen is that it might not bee good to do HIT cardio while on. Ephedrine is another choice or EC/ECA stack which i would go 30mg then upp to 60-90mg ED. not sure here eighter if its ok to do HIT cardio or just do powerwalks etc. I've been reading to many FAQ threads about it and cant really decide which one to go with. some personal opinions would be great thanks

    what do you mean 500-1000cals???

    anyway you can do cardio with either,my choice would be clen

    The calories are way too low. Congrats on losing all that weight. My personal opinion is clen as ive had great experiences with clen cutting my bf%. But you really need to get your diet in check as 500-1000cals is way too low. You are male arent you? And yes you can do cardio on both.

    oh oh if my normal kcal intake is 3000kcal ED, ill go 500-1000kcal benith it, which would make me drop 1-2 pounds each week. what do you think about the low dose of clen? useless or better safe than sorry?

    Your dosage is fine. And no dropping the calories as such is a bad way too lose weight. You can stick at your 3000kcals and still lose weight if you eat the right foods and eat at the right times.

    well i find it very hard to loose weight if i dont, im not using any AAS decided to wait untill im atleast 23-24.

    and yes a male, havnt lost that much strenghts in the gym though, my thoughs is that if u got your head in the right place u can lift, lift and lift some more

    look you can drop your cals but not more then by 300cals,but 3000cals is still very very low imo,as long as your diet is clean your cardio in check those doses will work really well
