Cheese crackers sausage and english muffins don't really have a place in a real strict cutting diet. I would say fruit either because of the sugar, but no biggie.

I'm on the most painfully boring cutting diet ever and I'm dropping fat like crazy.

Tuna, Egg Whites, Salmon, Chicken breast, Lean steak, and 50g of whey PWO and in the mornings are my protein Sources

Oats and sweet potatoes (And a little from the whey) are my only carb sources

All my fat comes from flax olive and fish oil

Plus lots of green veggies, sometimes mixed and cooked together with the above mentioned foods just to change things up.

It sucks a lot and I hate it, but I can't argue with the fact that my body is loving it. "Nothing tastes as good as being shredded feels"
    Good luck bud!

I assume you meant meal 3?
In an oz. of dry almonds without salt, there's only 5g of carbs. You're better off going with the sweet potato or some other form of good carbs. Oats would be my second choice.
