    Modified Ironman HIT

    How does this look for a modified version of Ironman HIT? I have seen gains while using the original layout but I would like to incorporate Deadlifts. The split is posted below.

    Workout A
    -Chest
    -Shoulders
    -Triceps
    -Quads
    -Hams
    -Calves

    Workout B
    -Deadlifts (Once a week)
    -Back Width
    -Back Thickness
    -Biceps
    -Traps
    -Forearms

    What is the goal when using this form of training?

    Strength and size are the goals. 1 exercise, 3 sets per body part.
