Injured from armwrestling whilst on cycle again

Words can not express how frusterated I am with my self for getting pursuaided to armwrestle someone and straining my elbow mid cycle.

I did the exact same thing on my last cycle, I have no one to blame than myself. For what its worth I said no around 6 times before finally giving in, also I won yet again but now I'm left unable to train, possibly for a few weeks like last time.

This time it was mostly okay before two heavy training sessions have left me swollen and useless. 139 lbs skull crushers was not a good choice for training today, now I can barely make my bed.

been there done that.. hunting season 4 yrs ago, in a bar, beat 13 guys in a row, left and right handed,

next day i couldn't hold my rifle in my hands.. but yea, i won..

now i make them all beat each other, then i'll wrestle just 1 of them..
