    My new cycle

    Hello it has been almost 2 years i stoped training now i just start and i'm planing this cycle in 1 or two months from now

    week 1-8 :sustanone 500mg/week +deca 400mg/week
    week 1-10:nolvadex 10mg/d
    week 1-5 Dianabol 40mg/d (inject)
    week 10-13 clomid 50mg/d +HCG 1500ui/week

    week 1-12 vit B12 1on/1off

    week 14-17 Insulin 7 ui /d

    what do you think about it if you see more somethink to add or do away please tell me

    nolva shouldn't be used on cycle with deca.
    8 weeks is short for deca, if you want to stay at 8 weeks use npp instead, or if you want to stay with deca run at least 10 weeks.
    I would run the test 2 weeks longer than the deca, if you stay with deca.
    I would start pct 18 days after last shot of sust, and I wouldn't just run clomid/hcg.
    I don't know much about slin, someone else will have to chime in there.

    thanks for your replay what do you mean with npp
    i will run deca for 12 weeks and sustanone 14 weeks
    but for the last 4 weeks i'll remplace sustanone by enanthate it's possible ?

    im no expert but i wouldnt do this it is going to take at laest 4weeks to see the max benefit of the eth and you have already started the sus stick with the sus till the end of the course and keep the eth for another time, as you have said you are not going to start for another 2-3months got plenty time to read up and get all your stuff together.

    NPP is short acting deca good to use on short cycles but as you are going on a long cycle stick with deca.

    "NPP" is Nandrolone PhenylPropionate, a short ester;
    Where "deca" is Nandrolone Decanoate, a very long ester.

    and id get back into training for at least 6months before starting a cycle,and clomid is not a good pct

    my stat is terible for the moment
    and for slin i use it 6 times after my cycles to keep gain i was use to do 3-4 cycles per year ,i stop training for almost 2 years and half now i get but to gym for 1 week so in about 2 months i'll make a comeback again i miss competing

    Bro i understand you took a long time off,but those stats really arent good,so in my honest opinion i would train naturally for at least 6months,get back into it,get your training and diet in check.then start a cycle.you can get really bad injuries when you jump onto juice.
