Gday half way through week 4 of test e cycle 500mg week. Woke up this mourning and my left nipple is sore, bugger . looks normal, right one feels fine. just checking but im pretty sure this is the start of gyno. About to start nolvdex

Was going to take 20mg a day until pain stops then run 10 mg a day until end of cycle. Does that sound ok? Will i have to change my pct (nova 40/20/20/20 clomid 100/50/50/50) because of this?

What's your bf %? Are you running any AI concurrent with the cycle?

If it's a test only cycle you should use arimidex while on. Around .25mg ed or eod. Do you have an ai on hand?

actually on closer inspection it might be an ingrown hair at the top of my nipple , it only hurts when i push in on it not when i sqeese it (the nipple). Should i wait out a few days and see?

Around 8% nah because i did not belive i was gyno prone, i think it might of been a false alarm.

yeah i have arimdex, ok so i should use .25mg eod anyway, cool. Is that only with test only cycles, or most?

"Yes"!
Always begin with the simplest remedy. If you think the hair is the culprit; do give it a couple of days. If it is gyno, you'll begin to notice increased sensitivity in one or both, and start the feel them rub against the inside of your shirt.

If so, go with Nolva or Letro through pct and a few weeks after even if there are no symptoms. Being an AI, Arimidex helps but isn't truly a gyno combatant.
