actually on closer inspection it might be an ingrown hair at the top of my nipple, it only hurts when i push in on it not when i sqeese it (the nipple). Should i wait out a few days and see?

"Yes"!
Always begin with the simplest remedy. If you think the hair is the culprit; do give it a couple of days. If it is gyno, you'll begin to notice increased sensitivity in one or both, and start the feel them rub against the inside of your shirt.
If so, go with Nolva or Letro through pct and a few weeks after even if there are no symptoms. Being an AI, Arimidex helps but isn't truly a gyno combatant.
