hello there ino ino you have probly heard this all b4 i lag on leg muscles but this is where i wna change all that. this is what i do at the mo could any body help i jus wona give the lower part of my body jus as much of work out as my top.
calf raises x4
squat x4
leg curl x4
leg extentions x4
what do you guys thing i need in there and i never trained them as hard as i shoud but i have been the last 3week. this is a turning piont lol
