calf raises 3x15
thursday off
friday shoulders
seated shoulder press 3x8
upright rows 3x8
25lb plate front row 3x10
sat biceps
hammer curls 3x8
w/bar curls 3x8
reverse curls 3x8
cable curls 3x8
sunday triceps
cable pull downs 3x8
skull crushers 3x8
hercules 3x8
monday off
Mon- Chest, Bis, Abs
Tues- Quads, calfs, forearms
Wens- Back, Triceps, Abs
Thurs- Hamstrings, Calfs, Forearms
Fri- Shoulders, Abs
Sat- Cardio AM and PM
Sun- Cardio AM and PM
Mon; Chest
Tues; Legs (lower abbs)
Wed; Arms
Thurs; Shoulders, calves
Fri; Back (Upper abbs)
