    Hey guys-
    Was just wondering whats your weekly routine like?Monday-Chest?etc...
    And how many sets you do on that day?

    bench 3x8
    incline bench 2x8 wide grip
    barbell rows 3x8

    tuesday Back
    seated cable pull downs/wide grip bar 3x8
    seated cable rows 3x8
    deadlift 3x8
    bent over rows 3x8

    wensday legs
    leg curl 3x8
    leg estentions 3x8
    squats 3x8
    calf raises 3x15

    thursday off

    friday shoulders
    seated shoulder press 3x8
    upright rows 3x8
    25lb plate front row 3x10

    sat biceps
    hammer curls 3x8
    w/bar curls 3x8
    reverse curls 3x8
    cable curls 3x8


    sunday triceps
    cable pull downs 3x8
    skull crushers 3x8
    hercules 3x8


    monday off
