    Chest/biceps tice a week?

Ive been trying Escalating Density Training from this link http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=209429 which is the first training program on list. It's 4 days training a week each muscle group once. But i was pondering throwing chest/bicep in 2 days a week.Thoughts and opinions on hitting chest twice a week?Too much too often or can body handle this on cycle?

Doing chest and bi's twice a week shouldn't be needed because if you are hitting chest hard enough you will not need to do it again on cycle. Right now you are working biceps twice a week because you train them on back day so doing them another time would be three days a week and thats overkill, your bi's wouldn't have enough time to rest.
