I am 6'3 already so I don't have to worry about that aahaha. I weight 242 but definitely not 10-11% BF. Make it 17%.
So there you go... All this muscle mass to gain. I have been doing this for about 5 years, took me almost all of it to just learn what the hell I am doing.
I changed diet and routine so many times I cannot even count it. So, here we go...all this time, I am not even close to my goal, I am 25 years old, and still don't know what would be my "perfect" diet and routine.
I don't know... it is a metal struggle more than anything else...
Let me get back to my lifting now...
