Has anyone ever used one of these things? They are supposed to contract ur ab muscles and stuff but do they really work? I just bought one off of ebay used for 10 bucks. Theyre 150$ new so I figure I would see how good they are.

omg be ready for some straight PAIN. I tried my sisters a while back and it really dosnt feel nice. Feels like a taser no joke. Good re-sale im sure. I would sell it
There only supopsed to work in theory if you have a really low BF percent anyways

The ONLY way it would work is if you used it for 8 hrs a day. and you still would not get the results of 30 min of cardio. so i think cardio is your best option.
