    Testosterone E vs. Test P vs. Test S vs. all other forms. YOU TELL ME WHATS THE BEST!

    Like i said on a previous post i'm doing my 1st cycle and was planning on using Sust...But b/c all the experts on the board said not to do so i will be changing to what you guys tell me to do...I thought i could only get my hands on sust but things have changed. So whats the best to you and why? Testosterone Enanthate vs. Test Propionate vs. Test Suspension vs. all other testosterone's including sust..WHATS YOUR FAV? What is best for first cycle users? I will be stacking with winstrol and anavar as well...For a cutting cycle...all my other info is on the board...=

    1st cycle questions..sust/winni/anavar
    Hey guys im 23 going into my senior year college..I play college football and about to begin my first cycle. I've been lifting since freshman year of HS.
    5'9-210lbs - 12%BF
    bench-310
    squat-505
    My diet is mainly made up of ground beef / canned chick breast / protein shakes / fruits / veggie platters. I know v8 fusion has a lot of surgar but i love that sh^t. Milk as well and a lot of water. Is there anything else i should be doing to prep before i begin this cycle. And if i drink like 2 times on a cycle will it cause serious problems?

    Week 1-10 (10 weeks) sust 500 mg
    Week 2-10 (8 weeks) winni 250
    Week 4-12 (8 weeks) var 30mg ed
    PCT: Nolvadex, Clomid, Proviron

    Also anything to say about the spacing between the different substances. The only reason there spaced like that is b/c my man who has done a lot of cycles told me to do it like that.

    seems decent, should get some good gains off it good luck!

    also: what are u using for carb sources in your diet? all you have is protein and greens
    and you wont get mixed up if you drink twice on a cycle, just dont get trashed

    Thanks man....But whats your fav test? And what do you think would be best for me on my 1st cycle? As for the carbs...hows pasta with a meaty sauce? like half a cup of oats every morning? If you got any secrets feel free to share boss....

    Also its 500 mg's a week of whatever test i end up taking....im not climbing up at all....just 500mg's a week into the last two weeks of 250mg's per week to come off...the winni is 250mg's a week as well...50mg's ED for 6 out of 7 days a week....I was told to make it only 6 weeks..b/c im a high impact athlete (Joints)

    sorry i didnt get back to you earlier bro, for my carbs i have:

    meal 1: 1 cup oats
    meal 2: 1 cup brown rice
    post workout; 2 scoops waxy maize
    meal 4: 1.5 cups white rice
    meal 5: 1 cup brown rice
    meal 6: 1 cup brown rice
    meal 7: 1/2 cup oats
    meal 8: trace carbs (veggies and such)

    stick to basics like brown rice, oats, and whole wheat bread...nothing too fancy, save pasta for post workout IMO.

    my favorite test is test propionate due to its fast acting abilities and great results, your first cycle should be test cypionate though....2x inj weekly and get great gains off it with good diet and training

    i think you need to look back on the diet some. listing protein shakes and fruit and vegetable platters as a main food source is suspect. just look into it a little, or maybe phate will help you out on here.

    for the test, its up to you. for your first cycle, you should probably go with a long ester (e or c) so you don't have to inject more than twice a week. how much winstrol are you taking? 250mg/w? just make sure you take it ed..

    ok, i see your new post; 6/7 days doesn't make winstrol any better for joints... and its also 300mg/w that way. you don't need to lower the test before you come off, just wait two weeks after your last shot then start your pct

    Thanks for help man....but yea i'm gonna take 50 mg's ed of winni but only 250 mg's a week total b/c i'm taking one day off a week...so im only taking 50 mg's 6 out of 7 days. But what i was saying is that i was told to only take winni for 6 weeks instead of 8 weeks.. my diet was gonna go something like this:

    (Lean Protein = canned chick breast or steak or ground beef or chick or salmon....what ever meat i have.)
    (Mixing liq egg white in with shakes)
    (raw veggies) for snacks i was thinkin fruits)

    Meal 1:5am
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    P90X morning sess

    Meal 2:Breakfast 8am
    Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax)

    Meal 3:Lunch12pm
    Veggies, Lean Protein

    Workout (After class) (Free weights)

    Meal 4:after W/O
    Shake.

    Meal 5: Dinner shooting for 8ish / 9ish.
    Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    (P90X night sess)Stretch or yoga= sounds gay but f^ck it.
    Meal 6:

    Shake with Flax (right before bed)

    That turns into approximately 350 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat.

    Also i have team lifts on tues / thurs at 6am...so ill prob skip morning P90X w/o.

    I'm basically going off of the p90X nutritional packet. So whatever it says i can eat in that..then thats what im gonna be eating...but planned meals / portions.

    It's a tight regiment but i dont give a f%ck....if i'm gonna drop Edited on gear then im doing it all right the first time around...
    I plan on doing workouts something like this.
    Monday=chest / back
    Tues=Football team
    Wed=All legs
    Thurs=Football team
    Fri=All arms.
    Sat + Sun = not sure yet. Will be doing p90X on these days though
    30min of abs every other day.

    you are asking two different questions, first cycle should be a long single ester test, imo. that doesn't mean it's my favorite test, as my first cycle is ancient history.

    i'd say that diet needs some work. some more complex carbs, like potatoes, sweet potatoes, whole grain stuff, etc. you didn't say how much of each meat so its hard to say how that is. if you're getting a full workout in, hitting 2 muscle groups, and still doing some kind of workout two other times a day, i don't think you're doing it right

    I have to agree with the others, long ester is idea for a first cycle. My personal favorite is prop and will probably never use anything other then it. Short esters hit you faster and leave just as fast.

    Thanks for the info guys....so overall consensus is Test prop? For me that is? My diet was not stone i'm def gonna work on it a lot. But just to remind everyone im CUTTING! I'm not really trying to bulk at all...i want to shred up. As far as the whole work out...i know it a lot. But i'm going to be on the juice...im already an animal as it is. And my morning session is pretty intense (P90X) its one hour of none or light dumbbell work...push up's / pull up;s crunches ect....my weight lifting w/o will prob be 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs. And my night session will just be stretching or yoga not working out.

    for OUR favorite test, for your first cycle we strongly advise you to go with test cypionate or test enanthate, its a longer acting ester and you only have to inject twice weekly instead of every day, you'll still great awsome gains from it no doubt

    Doint ED injections can become a pain in the butt, stick with the long esters like everyone has recommended.

    long chain esters for first cycle is recommended. i did prop for my first and i got tired of injecting, not to mention the pain of shooting virgin muscle with an irritating ester.

    im on cyp right now and i much prefer long esters

    Alright Test E it is......Thanks a lot guys...I'll work on my diet and show you guys my daily routine with everything from w/o's to diet and cycle info once i get back into school and have my class schedule. Thanks again. I'll def get on my diet.

    also if this is your first cycle...and want to save some money...might wanna take out the anavar and try equipoise...IMO...

    huh, im jus the oppsite, i will always stick w/ short esters... and i recommend it.... but do whats best for u...
