    seems decent, should get some good gains off it good luck!

    also: what are u using for carb sources in your diet? all you have is protein and greens
    and you wont get mixed up if you drink twice on a cycle, just dont get trashed

    Thanks man....But whats your fav test? And what do you think would be best for me on my 1st cycle? As for the carbs...hows pasta with a meaty sauce? like half a cup of oats every morning? If you got any secrets feel free to share boss....

    Also its 500 mg's a week of whatever test i end up taking....im not climbing up at all....just 500mg's a week into the last two weeks of 250mg's per week to come off...the winni is 250mg's a week as well...50mg's ED for 6 out of 7 days a week....I was told to make it only 6 weeks..b/c im a high impact athlete (Joints)

    sorry i didnt get back to you earlier bro, for my carbs i have:

    meal 1: 1 cup oats
    meal 2: 1 cup brown rice
    post workout; 2 scoops waxy maize
    meal 4: 1.5 cups white rice
    meal 5: 1 cup brown rice
    meal 6: 1 cup brown rice
    meal 7: 1/2 cup oats
    meal 8: trace carbs (veggies and such)

    stick to basics like brown rice, oats, and whole wheat bread...nothing too fancy, save pasta for post workout IMO.

    my favorite test is test propionate due to its fast acting abilities and great results, your first cycle should be test cypionate though....2x inj weekly and get great gains off it with good diet and training
