    How many days off while...?

    I'm injecting sust. 250 e5d. i'm just wondering how many days off i should be taking before working the same muscle group again? also is muscle soreness a good gauge of when i should hit that muscle group again?

    If you are cycling and you are busting your balls on that muscles group then once a week is enough. That gives you seven days to recover so any soreness will be gone

    soreness is gone about day 4 or 5 after working that muscle. but because i wanna get the most out of this cycle can i work the same muscles every 3 or 4 days even if im still sore or should i wait 5+ days?

    You get the most out of it by eating a proper diet and blasting the shit out of every muscles group once a week. Anything more is over training IMO

    thats typically how i train naturally; each muscle group 1x per week. but because aas help healing i should be able to do the same muscles multiple times a week right?

    You really should be injecting sustanon more frequently than every 5 days.

    Ok look at Kales post. He is right.

    Now look at your post. You are wrong....to an extent


    You can overtrain while cycling, true you possibly can get away with lifting the same muscle group more than once a week but your diet will make or break your recovery as well as rest for that group. Everyone is different when it comes to gaining muscle, find what works for you but i can almost gaurentee u that youll be overtraining.

    Also, larger muscle groups tend to overtrain easy, smaller groups not so much. Also take note that when you train back, chest, shoulders, you are also working your bi's and tri's

    If something is lagging, work a bit harder on that area and see if that helps. As far as working everyone more than once per week you will find yourself overtraining.

    LoL almost missed that, yes to reap the benefits of the prop ester in the substance you really should be injecting EOD or E3D at max to keep stable blood levels, reduce sides, etc....

    As far as injection pain, cut it with sterile oil or b12. Also warming the oil a tad before injecting and injecting slowly will help the oil disperse better in the muscle so it doesnt sit in one area.

    i would have rather run cyp or enan, but sust was all i could get and they're in 250mg amps. so i dont wanna open one and keep using it over the course of the week after its been opened because im only gonna use 250mg/weekly.

    as far as training, i should stick to only working the same muscle 1x per week, but just increase the intensity? i def dont wanna overtrain, but my muscle feels like it could go again after 4-5 days of rest.

    definately listen to Kale on the training and diet side of things, but go to the steroid profiles thread and read up on Sust. You will see why e5d combined with that low weekly dosage will not do much for you.

    i know that sust. works best injected eod, but there's just things that preclude me from doing that which is why im on e5d. its my first cycle so thats why im only doing 250mg/weekly, i wanna see how my body will react and don't wanna have sides running rampant. would bumping it up to 500mg/weekly be much more beneficial without terribly magnifying the risk of sides?

    It is important to stabalize your blood levels. Huge shifts will actually cause bad sides moreso than a consistant higher dose. I dont have sust usage experience but I asked my bro (he uses sust in every cycle and loves it)... he says definately dont go longer than 3.5 days between injects

    thanks alot bro, i think i'll bump my dosage up to 500mg+/weekly by injecting one amp (250mg) e3d.

    also, what do you guys think about pyrmading it? -250mg weeks 1-3, 500mg weeks 4-7, back down to 250mg weeks 8-10?

    pyramiding isn't worthwhile and will likely just lead to mroe sides again because of the fluctuations in blood concentrations.

    so if i bump it up to 500mg/ weekly i should stick with that for the duration of the cycle? also, would increasing the dosage to 500mg now increase the risk of sides since i've been using 250mg/ weekly? thanks for responses!

    my first cycle was set up like a pyramid (pointless) but i experienced no sides from doing so. Next cycle in march will be 500mg/wk steady.

    Just up it to 500mg now and stay at that dose.

    what do you guys recommend for pct? i have nolva and hcg on hand. everyone has a different take on pct so its confusing as ****. one of my boys has been juicing for over 10 years and rarely, if ever does pct and he's huge. then i have other people telling me that pct is more important than the cycle itself...
