no go ur doin tris then shoulders then chest giving no rest for ur tris for 3 days and shoulders for 2... maybe try

u can work cehst out once a week and get a gooe work out... when u do tris do either close grip bench, or reverse grip... itll get a pump going in them
I wouldn't do anymore then 2 day on 1 day off.

If i was to to a 4 days (which i think is the best) i'll do this:
1. Delts and Legs
2. Back
3. rest
4. chest
5. arms
6 and 7 rest.
or
1. chest and tris
2. back and bis
3. rest
4. legs
5. delts.
6 and 7 rest.
* you can switch day 4 and 5 if you like it better.
