Sustanon 500mg/week for weeks 1-8
Deca 300mg/week for weeks 1-6
Dianabol 30mg/day for weeks 1-6

And I’ll be supplementing with amino fuel and creatine. So what is the best workout program for ppl on steroids, some of my friends told me I should train each muscle twice a week others told me I should train it only once a week but double the number of sets, I don’t know witch to do.
