just wanting to know doing 5 exercises for chest, is this too much?

its about intensity not volume. for me that would be too much.
That's a lot. Try going up in weight a tad and reducing sets/reps accordingly.
I would increase the intensity and drop it down to 12 sets. Cut it to 3 working sets each exercise and chose only 4 exercises instead of 5. I would rotate in and out the declines and the flyes. Keep the dips.
I am 12 or 14 sets max on major body parts.
