Ok i am doing a cycle of test-e. I will be on a high protein low fat diet and will try to lose a little weight in the belly while i gain muscle. That may b a problem....i duno.
Anyway i read on steroid.com that u should workout in 8 day cycles and workout hard one day then rest the day after. Now i wont be doing that but i will be doin my lifting on days 1,3,5,6 and running and abs on days 2,4,7. I didnt kno if skipping days will hurt me or if maybe i should workout every day.....
I have just been on the quest for the workouts that work for me and just wanted to hear from some knowledgeable people about what does for them.
