    My workout....need advice.....

    Ok i am doing a cycle of test-e. I will be on a high protein low fat diet and will try to lose a little weight in the belly while i gain muscle. That may b a problem....i duno.

    Anyway i read on steroid.com that u should workout in 8 day cycles and workout hard one day then rest the day after. Now i wont be doing that but i will be doin my lifting on days 1,3,5,6 and running and abs on days 2,4,7. I didnt kno if skipping days will hurt me or if maybe i should workout every day.....

    I have just been on the quest for the workouts that work for me and just wanted to hear from some knowledgeable people about what does for them.

    My best results for what you described have came from cardio for 45 min as soon as I wake and workout later in the day. Heres my split:

    Sun: Back
    Mon: Chest
    Tues: Shoulders
    Wed: Rest
    Thurs: Quads
    Fri:BIs/Tris
    Sat: Rest

    Sample for Back
    Deadlift: two warm-up sets of 12 light weight then 3 heavy sets between 6-8reps if you can get more than 8 reps its TO LIGHT!!!!
    Widegrip pull down: 3 heavy sets between 6-8 reps if you can get more than 8 reps its TO LIGHT!!!!
    Bent over barbell rows: 3 heavy sets between 6-8 reps if you can get more than 8 reps its TO LIGHT!!!!
    Low row superset with cable lat pulldown: 3 x 15 medium weight big squeeze at the end.

    I dont do cardio within 24 hours of doing quads. Abs get worked every other day immediately after morning cardio for about 15 mins. Calves get blasted before every workout except quad day.

    This is what has worked for me, my diet is also 95%, thats the biggest thing for fat loss and lean muscle mass. Hope this is what you were looking for.
