45mg dbol ED wk 1-4
500mg Test E wk 1-10
200mg Mast P wk 4-11

Question about lower abs, how do i target them more effectively any ideas or routines you use that would help me out?

And i was thinking about starting to up my caloric intake to about 400/400/100 for the next 6 weeks to get some serious gains while doing 2x a week workouts.... was thinking

Monday- Chest, Back
Teusday- Legs, lower back, Abs
wednesday- Biceps, triceps, traps, delts
Thursday- Chest, Back
Friday- Legs, Lower Back, Abs
saturday- Biceps, Triceps, Traps, Delts
Sunday 1hr cardio

I would split up the workout to like benching mondays and thursdays hit some flys and what not and doing a split routine around 12-15 sets of each muscle group 2x a week not doing the same workout both days. WOuld this be a good idea while on cycle if enough food was supplied and plenty of sleep occurs. I dont do anything other then workout play video games and sleep so i only have 4 weeks left b4 i goto work so i want to get as much gains as possible b4 i have to go back to my old routine of working muscle groups out 1 time a week. any ideas critique's or your workout 2x a week routines that would b good for me for the next 4 weeks??
