    random speculation question..

    whats up guys..I'm bored and was just wondering and figured I'd post..my question is about average natural limits..what do you guys think the (average) natural weight limit is for a trainer with average-to-good genetics, according to their height..maybe something like a chart with heights from 5'3" to 6'4" or something, with corresponding projected weight limits..I've never come across anything like that and I realize it's extremely variable, but I'd like to see something like it..

    nobody can answer this question because everyone is different. you can have 2 people who are 6' tall eating the exact same foods and doing the exact same workouts and after 2 years one will have greater progress then the other. one can end up toping off at 225 while the other may hit a road block at 200lbs.
